New sculpted Labrador Retriever gifts…

I’ve sculpted this new Labrador Retriever plaque (in relief) to add to various gift lines which I produce. I’ve made them in cold-cast metals, and inscribed some personality traits of the breed around the edges.

How are they made?…

I’ve first sculpted the original plaque in modelling wax. A mould was then made for me by Lakeland Mouldings, based in the English Lake District. I have now begun to cast them here by hand in my Cumbrian studio and add them to my Labrador Retriever gifts range.

The design is available in cold-cast pewter (black Lab), copper (chocolate Lab), and bronze (yellow Lab). They have been added to large square treat tins (ready filled!), box frames, and lead hooks.
