Harriet is a large Hare sculpture which I’m producing by hand here in Cumbria.

I originally made this sculpture only in cold-cast pewter, but I’m now also using different finishes. 

This Brown Hare sculpture is almost life size and stands at 16” to her highest ear. I finish each piece by hand, and the Sculptures are made to order. 

The ‘Rusty’ cold-cast Iron version is finished with various metallic patinas, and sealed with lacquer. ‘Moon-lit’ Harriet Hare is in cold-cast pewter with a silver nitrate effect patina. Bronze lacquered Harriet has been sprayed with bronze metallic paint which is then finished with a verdigris patina.

This sculpture is for both inside and out, however she would need to be sealed for outside use.
